As the year draws to a close and we look forward to a new one, it’s a perfect time to take stock, reflect on the past 12 months, plan for the next, and take a moment to express gratitude to those who play a role in both the past and future. The season gets busy; we get caught up in the hustle and bustle… and hopefully find time to enjoy a few Ugly Sweater parties and some holiday cheer! The Bremner Real Estate team would like to slow down a beat and thank the people who make it possible, our valued – and invaluable – partners.
One Goal: One Team
In the world of healthcare real estate, we have one goal: to deliver innovative, effective solutions to clients – enabling and empowering them to deliver the highest quality care to their communities. We cannot do this without you. Our team strives, on every project and in every interaction, to not only plan, finance, and develop industry-leading projects but to build relationships. This is the heart of what we do. We listen, we flex, we adapt, we forge ahead.
And we cannot do it without you.
Ron Penix, our recently retired Vice President, Client Development, has said that we do our best work when we take a partnering approach. “We [work to] understand the end goals required for the project, the goal goals that all parties need to achieve success. That’s what we’re working towards. That’s what makes us – all of us – successful.”
We recognize, and truly appreciate, that our partners are integral members of the team. You provide your expertise, your experience, your connections, your knowledge, and your know-how. You provide your insight, your ideas, and your energy. You do what you do best to ensure that our clients can do what they do best… care for people. That’s what it always comes down to.
Thank you for all of your efforts, your hard work, and your ability to flex, adapt, and evolve in a world that often seems unpredictable and unmanageable. Working together, we can predict, anticipate, manage, and thrive.
Happy holidays from our team to yours. But really… We’re all on the same team – and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Here’s to a healthy, safe, prosperous, and collaborative new year!
